• Shipping Policy:  We partner with trusted specialty carriers who offer white glove delivery service. This includes in-home delivery. Delivery is typically scheduled within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
• Shipping Quote:  Shipping costs vary by distance, item size, and carrier availability. A quote will be provided at within 1–2 business days after you have filled out our Request Shipping Quote form. We ship within the contiguous U.S. (Canada & Alaska available by special request).
• Local Pickup:  Free local pickup is available from our warehouse in Central Kentucky. Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed within 30 days of purchase.

• All Sales Final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.  Due to the unique nature of antique items, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, you can file an insurance claim to facilitate a reimbursement.
• Inspection & Damages:  All items are inspected before shipping and professionally packed. Upon delivery, please inspect the item before signing off. If there is visible damage that was not there before shipping, note it with the delivery driver and file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
• Inspection Prior to Purchase:  If you are interested in a particular item, our staff will send you detailed pictures with a description of any and all imperfections. Our online inventory consist of vintage and antique items so a measure of wear and tear should be expected, thus all items are sold in ‘as is’ condition.
